Website Disclaimer

Last updated: October 2026

Please read this disclaimer before you use friendlypenalty.rest. It is a general template and is not legal advice.

Who We Are

Friendlypenalty Septic is a referral and marketing service. We connect homeowners with independent plumbing and septic providers. We do not pump tanks, repair septic systems or drain fields, fix sewer lines, or do any other plumbing work. If work happens on your property, an independent provider does it, not Friendlypenalty Septic.

Connecting Is Not Endorsing

When we connect you with a provider, that is not an endorsement. We make no warranty about the quality, timing, cost or results of a provider's work. We also cannot promise that a provider will be available in your area at a certain time. Each provider is responsible for its own licenses, insurance, permits, certifications and conduct.

Information Only

The content on this website is general information. It is not plumbing, engineering, legal, insurance, health or financial advice. Every septic system and sewer line is different, so what fits one home may not fit another. Talk with a qualified provider about your own situation.

About Costs

Cost figures here are typical U.S. ranges. They are not quotes. Real prices vary with the job, location, system design, soil conditions and local permit rules. Ask the provider for a written quote before any work starts.

About Insurance

What we say about insurance is general. We cannot tell you whether your policy covers a problem, because that depends on your policy and your insurer's decision. Reach out to your insurer or agent with any coverage questions.

Stay Safe

Septic tanks and sewage can involve harmful gases, bacteria and deep, open tanks. Never climb into a septic tank, and never work near one that is open. Keep children and pets away from wastewater. If anyone's life or safety is at risk, contact local emergency services first.

How Friendlypenalty Septic Is Paid

Providers or marketing partners may pay Friendlypenalty Septic when we connect them with homeowners. Our Referral Marketing Disclosure has the details.
